StoreFinancial Signs Agreement with New MGHerring Group Property
Overland Park, Kansas, May 5, 2009- StoreFinancial has signed an agreement with The MGHerring Group to provide a selective authorization gift card program to its newest properties, The Village at Allen and The Village at Fairview. The gift card program is set to launch late spring/early summer 2009. Located just north of Dallas, The Village at Allen and The Village at Fairview will join one additional MGHerring Group property providing a StoreFinancial gift card program.

The Village at Allen and The Village at Fairview is a joint, 3-million-square-foot regional, mixed-use lifestyle center located in both Allen and Fairview, Texas. Together, The Village at Allen and The Village at Fairview comprise the largest mixed-use development in Texas and one of the largest in the United States. Upon completion, the project will span 400 acres and include 2 million square feet of retail and 1 million square feet of office, residential and hotel space.

The center also includes a Courtyard by Marriott hotel (opening in the fall) and the 6,275-seat Allen Event Center (opening in November).
The Village at Fairview will be anchored by Dillard’s, Macy’s and JCPenney and also includes The Container Store and Whole Foods Market®. Other plans include 500,000 square feet of specialty shops and restaurants; a 200,000-square-foot, class-A office building; approximately 675 multi-family residential units; a hotel and conference center; and a Village Roadshow Gold Class Cinema.
